Responsible for the design, development and maintenance of the overall technology architecture (software and infrastructure) platform for Kuggar.
Along with my CSO, we recruited and built a new software development team from the ground up. This included defining all DevOps practices, customising all development tools (Visual Studio, Jira, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Confluence, etc), creating the roadmap, managing all development resources and leading the architecture and maintenance of the PaaS cloud-based system.
